Fully Stocked Warehouse & No Restocking Fees

    Every wall tapestry carried by Simply Tapestries is stocked in our warehouse, and shipped out to you within 1 to 2 business days of your order being placed. Occasionally a very popular tapestry may go out of stock between the time you place your order and the warehouse receives it. In that case, you will be immediately contacted and informed of the status of your order. Your credit card will not be charged until the order ships from the warehouse. If this is not satisfactory, we will be happy to cancel your order right away. Customer Satisfaction is paramount to everyone at Simply Tapestries.
   At Simply Tapestries, we never charge you a restocking fee. We feel this fee is just a way for a company to keep a percentage of a lost sale. If you don't want to keep one of our wall hangings, you shouldn't have to pay for even a percentage of it.

   Simply Tapestries offers a 60 day No Questions Asked Return Policy. Return your tapestry for any reason and you will receive a full refund, with No Restocking Fees Ever. No Sales Tax

    We do not charge any Sales Tax on your order, regardless of the amount or the number of items, except for orders shipping to New Jersey & Michigan. This is a considerable savings for you our customer. Because we are located in the State of New Jersey and our warehouse is located in Michigan, we are required to collect sales tax on orders being shipped to those states.
